Create a New Walk + Take Attendance

You can create a new walk using the "New Walk" button on the bottom of the home page.

Click on "New Walk" at the bottom of the homepage.
Add in the date and location of the walk, click save and continue.
  1. Select the date and enter the location of the walk and click "Save and Continue".

To mark attendance, you can add photos taken during the walk.

  1. Once you create a walk, the system will prompt you to upload photos one at a time.

Once you update a photo, it will automatically begin the face-recognition process. This can take several seconds.

  1. The system will automatically recognise the faces of those members with profile photos.

  2. You can add multiple photos and the system will recognise those not previously recognised.

  1. The system will list the Club members that have been been automatically selected.

  1. The system will also prompt you to identify additional faces that it could not recognise automatically (e.g. in case a member does not have a profile photo).

  1. Those Club members not in the group photos will be listed separately and you can manually select them.

  1. If a member does not already have a profile photo, once you manually identify them, the system will automatically assign the photo from this Walk as their profile photo. The member can still update the profile photo themselves later on.

  1. Once all members have been added to the walk. Remember to save before exiting the app.

Your walk will remain open for the entire calendar year to update records.
