Photo best practices

1. Take photos in high-resolution.

2. Do note that facial coverings like face masks or sunglasses may make facial recognition more challenging.

3. For large groups, consider taking more pictures of smaller groups where the faces are clearly visible than pictures of large groups where the faces will be more blurry/zoomed out

   • The maximum number of members in one photo is 100, but results would be better with less members per picture.

4. If sharing photos with each other on WhatsApp to upload into the app, please use the High Resolution option (see image)

Click "HD" on WhatsApp whenever sending photos to one another.
